Видове разходи във фирмата

Във всяка една фирма неизбежно има разходи и са необходими счетоводни услуги. Разходите в дадена фирма, според предназначението и характера си, могат да бъдат разделени на следните видове:

  • разходи с инвестиционен характер
  • постоянни разходи
  • променливи разходи

Разходи за инвестиции

Този тип разходи са свързани с придобиването на материалната или нематериална собственост. Планирането и осъществяването на тези разходи зависи главно от стратегията на фирмата и поставените цели, които я изграждат. Създалите у нас условия позволиха възникването на много фирми, най-вече в малкия и средния бизнес, чиито собственици не притежават необходимата прозорливост и насоченост, което често води до замяна на стратегията на фирмата с личностни стремежи към по-добро и подсигурено потребление.

Материалната собственост формира имуществото на фирмата, което тя управлява и в него се включват:

  • земи
  • сгради
  • производствено и офис оборудване
  • съоръжения
  • транспортни средства

Имуществото, което притежава дадена фирмата, е основен фактор, от който зависи обемът и обхватът на дейността.

Размерът на инвестициите в нематериална собственост определя пазарното поведение на фирмата и е предпоставка  за нейния просперитет. Нематериалната собственост включва:

  • собствена търговска марка
  • собствени разработки и продукти
  • лицензи и други подобни права

Разходите за инвестиции  за материално имущество и за нематериална собственост се различават по своят обем. Инвестициите за материални активи изискват най-вече определени количества финансови средства, докато създаването на нематериална собственост отнема много повече време и обичайно по-малко средства.

Постоянни разходи

Такива са разходите, необходими за осъществяването на дейността, но не влияещи на обема на крайния продукт. Размерът на произведената продукция не оказва влияние. Към тази група се отнасят разходите за:

  • наеми на помещения
  • осъществяване на транспорт (когато това не е основна дейност за фирмата)
  • комуникация – мобилни връзки, интернет, телефон, факс, куриерски пратки, съобщения
  • реклама, каталози, изложения
  • ремонт и поддръжка на имуществото на фирмата
  • външни услуги, несвързани пряко с производствената дейност на фирмата
  • заплати на наетия персонал
  • личен доход или заплати на собственика или съдружниците

Променливи разходи

Тези разходи са винаги в пряка зависимост от обема на крайния продукт от дейността на фирмата. С увеличаването на продукцията се увеличават и разходите. Като такива се считат разходите, свързани с:

  • покупка на стоки – за търговия на дребно и едро
  • доставка на материали и суровини – за производствена дейност
  • заплащане на съставни услуги – при осъществяване на поръчково производство или на отделни етапи от дейността.
